Japan

WE were able to go to the Beautiful Island of Okinawa in Japan this summer! Talk about a trip of a life time. Our oldest lives there with her beautiful family! They are so amazing. They took us on all sorts of amazing adventures: Zip Lining, Botonical Gardens, Underground Bunkers, Giant Ferris Whell, Snorkling, Aquirium (2nd largest in the world), amzing resturaunts, to see an amazing castle (that I won't even attemt to spell the name of right now), any many other wonderful places!!!

My grandkids are so beautiful and fun! We loved every second that we had with them. You could just sit back and watch them every second of every day. Ronica is going to be 7 in November and is the smartest little girl I have ever ment in my life. She is learning Japenesse and catching on so well. She loves cheerleading and is very good at it. She loves to sing and will sing songs like a little singer (she is amazing). We are very proud of her. Just can't believe she will be in the 2nd grade this year. DJ is such a funny little man. His personality is adorable. I think I held him 90% of the time while we were there and loved ever second of it.. He is 4 years old now and almost as big as his big sister. He demands your attention and if you don't look at him when he is talking to you he will grab your face and say "Look at these eyes when they are talking to you"!! He is so adorable. We miss them so much!

Our daughter Heather is such an amazing mom and wife. She is also an amzing cook. We have never eaten so good in our life!! WE love her and miss her so very much!

Daeton (our boy) is a wonderful Marine and a Wonderful father. He is Ronicas hero (you can see that when she is around her daddy). WE are so proud of him and so grateful that he is our daughters wonderful husband. We love him so much..

Leigha had a wonderful time on her senior trip. She is such a funny young lady with a wonderful personality. We had a good time with her. She will be a senior this year! I can't believe it. It was weird to go get her school supplies and know that this will be the last year that I will be buying school stuff. It made me sooooo sad. I have been doing this since Heather started K in 1989 (that seems like yesterday). Now my daughter is doing this for her kids. It is so weird. While we were in Japan Ronica had a little skit for her last day of school and while i was sitting there I could picture Heather at her little K play. It was so strange and a little sad. Another chapter of my life pass. Oh well, I have so many wonderful memories of all my kids that I can replay them in my mind any time I want to.

Well, I went on long enough. I love my family and love my life.

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's day. I was able to see my beautiful mom and my beautiful mother-in-law. I am very blessed to have both of them.

My daughters made it so special too. Heather sent the neatest cutting board you have ever seen. It has a picture of the whole family on it. I almost feel guilty cutting on it. I love it!! Leigha got me a huge basket filled with all kinds of goodies. I love all my kids so much! I love being their mom. I was very blessed with my family.

Life is full of surprises!

Our beautiful daughter and handsome son-in-law are doing great! Daeton is a wonderful Marine. Heather is still a full time student, and full time mommy! That girl stays busy. We are so proud of them both. They love living in Japan and our very excited to show us around. We can't wait to get there! I don't care if I see anything at all, as long as i see all my babies.
DJ just celebrated his 4th birthday! Can you believe that! His mommy made him a transformers cake. I can't wait to see the pictues. His mommy says that he is in a very ornery stage right now. He loves his Transformers! We love you sweetie and miss you so much!

Here is our little princess. Can you believe that she is 7 now! I can't wait to get to Japan and play make-up and beauty parlor with her. She is a wonderful cheerleader. She will be in basketball when we get there, so we will get to see her play. We are so excited. We love you Ronica and miss you.

We just found out that our handsome son is moving to Bellinham Washington. We are very excited for him but sad at the same time. We will miss our little Wes! He's such a joy! We love you Wes.
Leigha is doing so well in school, on her last report card her grade point average was a 4.0!! We were so proud of her! She is also working at Koogler Jr High after school. She doesn't like that to much, but it's money. We love you Lee

Ron and I are doing Great! Pretty soon we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary. I love Ron very much and can't for our next 20.

Guess who?

I can't believe that i haven't been on here in such a long time. I don't know what to say but "lazy, lazy, and lazy"

Lots has happend since my last blog. My daughter Heather and her family moved to Japan. This was a happy time (for them) and a sad time for us! Don't get me wrong, we are very happy for them. Just a little sad about the distance. There is a good side to this though. We get to go visit them in June (yeah). This will be Leigha's first plane trip. I hope she likes it, I guess we will find out. As for me, well let's just say that I will be taken lots of over the counter help. I hate planes!! Now Ron on the other hand loves to be on the plane. He requested a window set so that he can look out. I don't know what's the matter with that man!
Hope all is well for everyone eles.
